Mike Jaques – Sailing to 80° North

Mike Jaques is a racing sailor and adventurer who regularly takes part in offshore races such as the Three Peaks Yacht Race, Scottish Islands Peak Race, the Fastnet and the Round Ireland Yacht Race. In summer 2015 he and his crew (including his wife, Pam and our very own Diane Carr) sailed a Bestewind 50 from Holland to Spitsbergen, which they circumnavigated before sailing home. They also managed to fit in a fair bit of mountaineering and skiing!
