Sailing Directions

CoverRNYC has published Sailing Directions to the North East Coast since 1902. A new full colour edition was published at the end of April 2002, re-printed in 2005 and re-issued with amendments in 2008 and again in 2012.

Amendments for Scarborough, Whitby and Newbiggin by the Sea were incorporated in December 2008. Minor amendments covering Seaham, Newcastle City Marina, Blyth, Approaches to Amble, and Anstruther among others were issued in April 2012.

Amendments for Grimsby, Whitby, Seaham Harbour, Blyth, Eyemouth, the Forth and Clyde Canal and Elie among others were issued in April 2017.

A new edition (Sixth Edition – ISBN No. 978-1-5272-8730-3) was produced in March 2021 with amendments to 28 pages, 7 updated chartlets, many new aerial photographs and an improved bird identification guide.
