RNYC hosts regular Music Nights on House Yacht Tyne
Music Nights are organised by a club member and Members and guests are invited to come along and join in. Dates of forthcoming events are posted on the notice board of the Club ship, on this website and on social media.
The Friends of LV50 showcase highly acclaimed local, national or international talent by promoting gigs once a month. These events are intended to raise funds to support the work of the Friends and also to promote awareness of our historic Club ship to the wider public. They are open to all therefore – Members and non-members.

A floating wooden lightship, moored in South Harbour Blyth, built in 1879 provides a fantastic atmospheric venue for both the audience and the artists – a chance to see world class acts “up close”.
