The Alnwick Rum run trophy is aimed for cruisers who might like to try racing and is therefore awarded to the white sails class.
This will hopefully encourage more boats to try their hand at racing in the future .
We will be running a spinnaker class if there is demand and we will set them off well before the white sails class so the start line is not congested .
There will be rum related prizes for the spinnaker class but the race is all about the white sails class and the Alnwick RumRun Trophy
